If you have started observing backlight bleeding and your display is still under warranty, you should check out the policy and ask for a replacement if possible. If that isn’t possible, there isn’t much to be done. Still, you can try by loosening the screws of the display and gently rubbing that area with a microfiber cloth. Besides, if you possess an IPS panel, you should make sure that you aren’t confusing IPS glow with backlight bleed. Backlight bleed is something that’s commonly seen in all LCD panels. If you find it irritating, you can opt for OLEDs as they don’t suffer from this problem. However, OLEDs are very expensive, and everyone can’t afford it.
