Panel Variance Feature Image

What Is Panel Variance?

Panel variance is the term used to describe the difference in the aspects of two monitors. Panel variance exists even if you own two identical monitors (both physically and feature-wise). The difference can be observed in brightness, color accuracy, overclocking, contrast ratio, picture uniformity, IPS glow or VA glow, pixel defects, backlight bleed, VRR performance, color gamut and the list goes on.

Some of these differences such as color accuracy and backlight bleed can be overcome with the help of professional softwares and experts, while for some, such as brightness or contrast ratio, there is nothing that can be done about it.
